Analysis Paralysis is the biggest thing that stops people from chasing after their dreams sooner than they can and should.

Am I chasing cash flow right into the frying pan?

Right now there is minimal product and lots of capital chasing it.  

And would you advise against chasing cash-flow markets such as those in Ohio? 

Focus is one of the strongest forces in the universe.I would like to share 2 proverbs to illustrate my point about patience and focus:1) If you chase 2 rabbits you will be catch none2).

One has a son with power of attorney and he is much happier setting it up online, instead of us having to chase him down to try to get a check (his wife/girlfiend/whatever apparently resented him paying the mom's rent, so trashed notices and would not give him phone messages, which had gotten to the point of his mom nearly being evicted over the mess).

@Marc Estepa a lot of those banks you are finding such as Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo all operate call centers out here but have no banking operations.

Having to chase after late payers takes a lot of time and takes some of the fun out of this business.
