The Kern River Valley has not experienced the appreciation that most of Bakersfield and Southern California has so prices are still very low.

It's because they do not want to bother the tenants and it's a nightmare to schedule appointments with every tenant.At least in CA anyway there is a default inspection contingency period anyway after the offer is accepted.

Hello,I and my 2 partners used UDirect IRA Services out of California to do our SDIRAs.

In CA we assumed it was the "notice of default", the first recorded doc in the trustee's sale process.

And per CA SOS the partnership they reference (with big $$s) was cancelled 20 years ago, so that reference is historic.This looks like a new company trying to sound seasoned.
