I work in DC as an operating engineer and have been interested in RE for as long as I have understood the concept (I tried to by a duplex at 19 and simply couldn't get the financing). my wife on the other hand is very skeptical about anything other than a 9-5, and i had to convince her that keeping our house in Ga when we moved was the best idea, instead of selling something that was only 2 years old.
