This is really closer to Taxi Driver vs. strange guy who pulls up to the curb at the club at 2 AM, asking girls if they need a ride home, and oh by the way can they front him a fiver for some gas? 

It was the WORST experience I've ever had : Total misrepresentation between the lovely photos of the place on VRBO, and the squalid conditions my family had to experience, including black mold covering most of the bathroom ceiling.

I have a normal 8-5 job in advertising so this was going to be 4 years in a row of nights and weeks working on the house.Fast forward to today, I am married, we have a 5-month-old baby girl, the house is 90% complete and we are looking to list the house in about a month.  

@Jon Burns i have bought 5 hoarder houses this year.. all of them Extreme a normal human could not walk in the home they stunk so bad .. you have to wonder how the people live in that environment without coming down with any myriad of diseases .. for those reasons I think mold is totally over hyped these folks live in petry dish's surrounded by black mold and seem to keep on ticking.sure sign is when the living room furniture is on the front porch even they can't handle the stench.One I am working on in Lake Oswego right now.. ( and I wish i new how to post pictures on a website) we are 8 40 yard dumpsters and we can now just see the house... all of these the houses are beyond salvage.. all of them took a decade or longer to become this way.the folks living in them just ruin their asset.. we buy these at HUGE discounts to market.. as they are lot value MINUS demo cost then some. 

If you have a mall is a crappy area, with a declining population, I'm sure that online shopping will hasten the kill but South Coast Plaza in Orange County is still a horrible place to park on Black Friday.  

The girls were sharing the rent under one lease and so was the security deposit.

Numerous carjackings in nice areas, black panther groups are shaking down business owners for protection.
