It would only be 3 roommates per unit if I build three 600 sqft 3-bed units.

@Kristoffer Heilimo Friend of mine who own a Duplex(each unit 3 bed 1 bath) in GTA(some where close to Mississauga downtown). he's a single guy leaving in 1 bedroom, and rented out all other rooms(furnished) on Airbnb, I'm surprised with the income he's making on it, which is 7k - 9k

Thinking about building a duplex or fourplex in the south side of Indianapolis. 2 beds and 1 bath for each unit.

The upstairs living area and basement are segregated, with a 3 bed, 1.5 bath in each unit.  

Decent neighborhood.Unit A: 2 bed 1 bath (partial finished basement with second bedroom), well cared for, no immediate updates needed.

It is written into all of our Leases that we will be doing quarterly (sometimes monthly) inspections.Our managers go around with a list to make sure smoke/carbon detectors are working, fire extinguishers are filled and the place is not potentially attracting vermin.We will also make a note of any damage or take pictures of potential Lease violations (smoking in the house, pets, more beds than occupants allowed, etc). 

It's a 1 fam 3 bed house.

One a failure with similar symptoms to yours, but our smelly brown liquid came to the surface in the flower bed at the front of the house.
