🎃Growing pains of a business which is starting to scale - I feel I really need to add more automations and smart software solutions but I’m not sure where to start.I own, with a partner, about 20 doors - self managed LTRs, MTRs, and STRs, rehabs going on for flips, a bit of mentoring, and also searching, analyzing and closing more in between (1-3 deals a month), it’s a lot of things to remember and manage.Can you recommend ways to reduce time spent on updating things manually on 10 different places?

You've got to have a great tickler system automated!

People HATE car dealers for making a few hundred bucks but will not bat an eye for the $20,000 they pay a realtor to make a few phone calls/emails and add you to an automated mls feed, sign a premade contract. 

Now that my AirB&B business is fully automated, I'm setting my eye on a new BHAG. 

I have been using business automation for many years now.

I don't use co-hosts because there are tools that can easily automate the day-to-day operations of an STR. 

I am just curious ...do they have automated follow up systems in place (I know them as drip campaigns but don't know what others call them)?

I self manage my STR from out of state and the most helpful things have been Guesty (connects my Airbnb & VRBO calendars and sends out my automated messages to guests & cleaners for reminders) PriceLabs for automated pricing, and I am just testing out furnished finder now this winter.
