AirDNA I find to be somewhat Lackluster on homes that have unique features if the home you have fits that.

Real estate school literally teaches you nothing at all thats relevant in the business. 

It all worked out well. 

It represents the number of months it would take to sell all homes currently on the market at the current pace of sales.

A good host will naturally do this anyway, but now it's a 'have-to'Getting to be a PITA.....

Hi All,I've used Launch Control for a few years, but the system has been down for a week and a half due to TCPA issues.

When the seller only has a hand written Income (rent) and Expenses, 1 page, 1 month, what is the best way to confirm all income/expenses?

I don't want to be an idiot and spend it all away.

So not asking if this is a good or bad idea, because we aren’t planning on doing it  Rather - what are creative solutions to do the equivalent of transferring the property without doing a direct property purchase, assuming all parties are on board including the lender?
