Was the title company able to gather documents from the seller, or were they never contacted?

The attorney then wanted to charge me another $1,500 to continue my case in April.Afterward, I discovered a company called "evicthemforme.com," which charges $260 for basically the same service.

I self-managed for years before opening my own brokerage and hiring my PM company to manage them for me.

My PM company does manage some there though.

Found this in another thread on BP:If it is privately held you may run into issues with the privacy policy of the company.

so far, I line up, realstate/wholesaler/one recommended PM/ 2 contractors that work on flipping for other investors/ a few local millwork vendors / tile company and i also set up a meeting with the housing authority for the section 8 program4.

This is nearly exactly what I do for my PM company every time any owner calls us to inquire about us managing their property.
