We hit a data anniversary last month as the total number of jobs in Silicon Valley MSA finally hit the same level they were before the dot-com bust.

My initial plan was to buy a pretty cheap terraced or maybe a semi detached if affordable near a university, with 4-5 bed-rooms and have one room for my self and rent the others out to university students.

The numbers in Overbrook Park seem to look good for an investor, and finally after all of the research, and lining up financing I am ready to pull the trigger. 

Finally, best case scenario if you truly believe in the home and that you placed adequate cushion into it, the upside maybe that you do not incur the worst case scenario play resulting in cash flow.

I finally tracked down the owner and he laid out the story for me.  

And Finally, if you are looking to be a more passive investor in this area, we are looking to recruit new private money sources, so now may be a great time to get involved!

We still have a ways to go fixing it, but we finally have it emptied out. 

Think I am finally seeing a light at getting these tenants out and wanted to get the community experience on how to proceed.
