Myself and a few partners (GP Team) have identified a medical office building that checks most of the boxes.

I checked online and I did not find any standards/rules.The lady in the unit 2 facing the construction is working in the office most of the week and she pays a rent of $ 2750 per month;  we agree for a $ 300 rebate when we signed the lease few months ago.

My first thought was to check BP because...you know...BP.Has anyone conducted business with or heard of: https://zoodealio.com?

Some cities have government websites and you can use softwares like Vestmap to check neighborhood analysis.

Hello folks in Lending forum,looking to try and see about potential lending partners who can write large checks (7 figures) and are looking for very high yield (much higher vs private lending rates) and higher than HML rates.only need lending for 4-6months until large line of credit gets granted and we pay off the short term note.ping me if worth a conversation or have ideas...this seems perfect for a family office just wanting to place dry powder for 4-6mos while they are looking for other deal flow but trying see about other options out there as well.thanks in advance.

I went to about 7 or 8 of them and while the folks were nice and polite I could just see when the check came for lunch I just picked it up each time and none argued with me to pay..

So check with your local banks would be a good start IMO.Good luck!
