@Joseph Brantley, I'm curious: how do you intend on selling your contract/s (without describing ANYTHING or giving ANY pictures about the actual property - which you are NOT selling)?

Hagerstowns economic picture has remained pretty much the same for the past 20 years or so with little to no appreciation. 

I got referrals, before and after pictures, contracts signed, license and insurance.
