Now they have private meetings with Borough council and codes department trying to convince them they need to target landlords and now restrict certain types of people renting in the town.

After months of negotiating with banks, attorneys, water departments, junior lienholders etc. it's a low return for time invested.Everyone in life wants to grow their business to bigger and better things as an investor or a broker/agent.Just so everyone is clear a REALTOR has nothing to do with state licensing ( maybe it does in some states that I am not aware of but I have not seen it ).

The fire department has blessed the extra rooms as bedrooms, so what were "2 bedroom units with 2 bonus rooms"  became "4 bedroom units".
