Anyone have any recommendations in the Boulder / Denver, CO area?

My current market of Denver doesn't support great cashflow (price to rent ratio is way off) and so I wanted to do this virtually by leveraging other people's time and money.

Besides acquiring my first investment property, one of my goals for 2020 is to start networking more so I can gain additional knowledge and possible find someone with the same mindset to JV a deal with.I currently live in Pasadena, MD and work in Beltsville, MD and I see that MAREIA may be a good fit and the group seems pretty active but do any current/past members have any feedback as its a paid membership and I want to make sure there is value in it (most likely my wife and I would attend so we'd be looking at the couples rate)?

Hello Quentin,I started by attending local real estate meet up groups where I met and networked with investors who shared their knowledge.

Im originally from CA, but lived in Lubbock while attending TTU.

At the suggestion of other very helpful local investors, I decided to attend the judicial tax sale in my county.

I noticed that Denver was gaining more and more residence and had a hunch that that expansion would eventually trickle to the north end where i lived.
