Is the data on the deal accurate, and do the facts support the fundamentals of “your” kind of deal?

That also tests your knowledge of the local zoning as well as overlay district restrictions.  2 story additions?

We're definitely testing the waters with this house first.

Lots of owners are small franchisees of a brand and they fee them a lot on testing splits for money to head corporate.

Someone on BP said that lenders look at your personal data for 4 and under regardless of LLC.

I see information/data indicating people wanting to buy a home are discouraged and as many as 70% won't buy because of current market conditions. 

"when it rains, it hurricanes"   as in it won't just be a cute single, expected problem, it will be about 4 big problems, 3 medium ones and a surprise vacancy of 2 units all within a month, something crazy like that and it's going to test your wallet!   

The data seems to show that we are at the beginning of a potential long period of stagflation reminiscent of the 1970s. 

Why would someone lay out their money to you if you don't have data and evidence to support your deal flow in the past so they can feel secure about the future?
