I've contacted the management company and explained the situation, stating that we are seeking a licensed plumber and if it's ok to start the job because, most likely, it's a common area issue.

Have referral for prop manager but haven't contacted yet.Close expected 1st-2nd week of July.I think my next steps is to contact an insurance company to get my property insured.

We contacted the person on the lease and managed to get May's rent.

He works for a turn-key company that either has in-house or connections with a Title Company, General Contractors, CPAs, Property Management company and Loan Officers.Please message me if you'd like his contact info. 

I did contact Rehab Financial group, LLC.

If the agent had a property manager contact, and it seems like the condo can rent out with cash flow, id start interviewing that a project manager and go from there. 

Google and check out CRM’s like Realty Juggler, Ixact Contact, Lion’s Desk, Top Producer, etc etc.
