First, it's good that you are hungry but know that in real estate you do not get rich overnight and, unless you are real lucky, it is more long term and your wealth takes a while and you need to display patience and responsibility while you are around it,  Be aware of all the crooks that are on the internet to take advantage of people that are too emotional when it comes to spending your money.You might be strong but expect failures in real estate and keep on going and make other things keep on going.  

I sprinkle in purchased lists to hit my counts but I do my best to put my "eyes on" every house I am going to be mailing (whether it from driving for dollars or from internet mining).

Something tells me that if the unit included a 40" TV, PS4 or Xbox, and Internet Service you'd attract a lot of college students.  

I searched the internet but can't find a platform or a company that specializes in all these services. 

I see limited search results on internet. 

I'm always happy to help other people with my skills and knowledge within my circle of competence or even with Internet solutions or other real estate related tasks you may need to get done, so I can be valuable for you as well.

Most importantly, I hope this will help me sift through the endless amounts of useless and misguided information on the internet and make the best use of my time.

Internet news is that GM will be closing four plants in MI in 2017 and layoff ~1700 employees, so maybe this is not quite the right time just yet.Don't mean to throw cold water on Detroit but IMO, it's much like waiting for the popcorn to start popping - - it takes awhile.
