The inspector said he cannot really inspect the roof because the panels attached to the roof and it’s virtually impossible to do any type of inspection.The clients are extremely reluctant to buy given the portentously cost of roof replacement.Any idea how much it can cost to remove the solar panels and then put them back?

No in person or virtual walk-through.

They may be willing to Facetime you while at the property so you can do a virtual tour. 

In my market the way to tell is virtually all of these have a single water meter. 

I’ve found that when I take professional photo and virtually stage them I get so much more attention and much more qualified renters.
