As I have watched tons of videos on youtube from bigger pockets I finally decided to sign up, to feed my brain more knowledge.

The only noticeable difference is that if I wanted to stream video from netflix I would have to turn my smartphone off.The numbers: DSL internet $35/month.

Currently trying to learn as much as possible, watching podcast videos and tons of reading. 

I have a day job that pays some what more than most people and wont have time chatting with hundreds of sellers.

Not all lenders track guideline changes.Most lenders base their knowledge around water cooler chit-chat, which is disappointing but true.Classic Example: The Americans with Disabilities Act, and presumably the corresponding mortgage guideline changes, was like 25 freaking years ago, but I still had an older coworker shocked and assume fraud when I did a loan for a guy on temporary disability.
