Boyfriend and I are pro photographers, so check. :) Pet policy is typically No, but as I've experienced with my basement unit, the tenant ALWAYS wants to get a pet (usually a cat) and I tend to say yes esp if the tenant has proven themselves to be responsible.

Run-of-the-mill homes aren't going to do as well, but if you're bringing the amenities, buying a home with some style, furnishing well, photographing it with a professional and writing a slick listing, then your vacation rental should hit 55% out of the game and be aiming for 70% by year two or three.

Personally, I would consider anything South of Veteran's Pkwy to be South Cape, but I've heard other people say everything South of Pine Island Rd is still considered South Cape Coral.

Lastly, one does not need to be a veteran fireman to recognize the house is on fire. 

I learn from reading your post to never buy a property with tenants/occupants living there because being a military veteran i have no patients.
