But, as you implied, a lot of lenders won't 'get it' so I'd prefer to assign it back to the seller so that from the lenders point of view, he/she just thinks it's a standard lease option and won't even know an assignment took place.So, I'm going to ask you to humor me by pretending you did assign it back to the seller AND that the buyer's option fee was released directly to the SELLER.

Of special note:I'm not sure if it is still like this but the Hubzu preferred title/escrow company was really bad.  

Because like he said: "we needed to start learning to make commitments and stick to them".That kind of left a sour taste in my mouth.

Preferably, never carry a balance over to next month on your credit cards.

I didn't do a good enough job pulling out motivation on the phone.I now prefer to send post cards with a message that qualifies more leads.

Actually limited service is preferred today, selling room nights is much more a real estate play than running the business of meeting space/restaurants etc.  

Another property back in Syracuse (where my original rental is) could make sense, but would much prefer to quit renting ASAP!
