I hate to be in opposition here but I have talked to dozens of Sellers trying to sell tiny homes and struggling to find anyone interested in buying them.

@Ryan Herting, it was a struggle to find someone who would lend as low as 50K and that is the primary feature I was looking for.  

I can swing a hammer all day, but struggle with the computer.

I am struggling with the platform on apartments.com at first glance and it seems to be less user friendly than cozy.

One of my options is reaching out to other investors to understand their needs and struggles to figure out if there can be a possible move that helps both parties, the other is moving with family temporarily.
