Higher tax consequences by holding the note and taking payments vs just a straight sale?

Moving forward, though, I'll be looking to integrate some of the full-scale systems that Buildium and AppFolio have, so I think I'll jump straight to AppFolio and skip a painful transition at 200 units.I think the best play for each person or group will depend on the down-stream goals. 

It has a back entrance that can go straight down into the basement, and it's zoned R2.

rehabing for BRRR is different than rehabing a straight rental property. its a lot more like rehabing for a fix and flip.
