Hello all,I am looking for a good custom cabinet shop/carpenter that can install custom/semi-custom cabinets (plywood,usa made) for a fair price in the Atlanta area. 

I'm going to be shopping in the W/NW Chicago suburbs.

If your investor is smart, I will have you paint everything and clean the gutters half way and launch a complain, I will then (as the investor) get all my money back plus interests, CSLB will do it for me, all I have to do is launch a complain.

My property is located a mile from a fast-growing university and an interstate with easy access to shopping, restaurants, etc.  

So the odds are you'll be shopping for a loan to do so.  

I'm about to start screening tenants and planned to use TransUnion's SmartMove for background and credit checks, but was hoping there might be a one-stop shop of sorts that would include income verification as well.

I work in the corporate world and make good money now but am looking at Real Estate investing as supplemental, and potentially replacement, income to expedite my journey to financial independence.Looking forward to this adventure and learning from all of you smart folks!!
