It all sounds kind of too good to be true, but this company has had a relationship with my REIA for 5 years and seems reputable, although I couldn't find them on the BBB website.

I might try to spray paint the light fixtures and door knobs.I'm not skilled enough to remove all of the facuets without damaging them, but might try to concoct some way to spray paint then with plastic bags to protect what I don't want painted (the sink).

But instead of choosing blindly, I would ask around and get a feel for who in the area has a good reputation - usually good reputations are backed up by good people (cause people talk).
