I feel like it would be perfect for someone remodeling a large hotel, furnished apartment complex, etc.

I bought my home and remodeled the entire main floor myself so flipping has some appeal to me, but I know buy and hold is the end game.Thanks for reading this, I look forward to learning all I can from this community and becoming a contributing member!

A complete remodel inside and out.

One house ($450K) has been completely remodeled. 

I ended up with a much nicer house almost completely remodeled but had to suffer through a 3 month vacancy period that ate up all my reserves at the time.

My wife remodeled our kitchen and bathroom in our primary residence as well as rehabbed my mom's condo so that we could rent it, so she has gained some experience with working with contractors, getting quotes, and making sure the work is completed.

It was nicely remodeled with a finished and legal basement unit to offset personal costs.

The rental income is very good though and actually went up after a remodel.

This is my 2nd property I purchase at auction, but this is the first I actually remodel.
