There are many subsets of asset classes and price ranges with location. 

I have seen inflation over the last couple of years to where a nice 2-3br cabin can be in the 350-400k range.

Finding something with an apartment is almost impossible in my price range (around 200k total cost is where I want to be).

But the reason I am continually pushing buyers into less expensive homes is that the numbers are dramatically better in the 40-80K purchase price range than 125 and up. 

Our market is strong there are some awesome opportunities, ESPECIALLY in your price range.

It would be really creative to have an STR in Gatlinburg and have a Gatlin gun mounted on the back porch for a shooting range. 

Something in the 80k-90k range.

I'm looking for a purchase of a house to rent in the $100,000 - $180,000 range in the Indianapolis / Indiana area.

Because likely the competition (as well as a hotel if in same price range) will dictate minimums.

@Mike CumbieI guess I wasn’t really aware that I could charge such a high commission because it’s a very small deal (comps are wildly different in the same condo complex for the same exact 2 bed 1.5 bath ranging from $36k to $79k over the last 6 months to a year) so there’s not a lot of money to be made.
