Who are the major players in the Chicago multifamily market?

Maybe give a little more info on the opportunity and you will get better response.If you search, you may find some other posts on VERY GENERAL occupancy rates, management fees, maintenance expenses, etc. for resort properties.Resort properties are quite different from residential.

Being an early adopter and finding one (or more) in popular, high demand or resort style areas with soft ball regs (or no regs) is often profitable.  

You'll see that in a few resorts like Coral Beach that have a bunch of water amenities, bowling alley, etc, but most are in the $500-$800 range.
