You need to build a great team of people. 

It's great in terms of location, but the main issue that I have is that there is no public trashcan for the bus stop.This means that people are constantly littering around my property, and I am forced to pick up all of their trash.

You will likely receive some credit towards the value but not as much as most people think. 

I'd do them in 43203, 43205, 43206, 43207, 43222, 43223, 43201, 43202, 43214 and maybe a few others I may be missing but this isn't the place for them. 

I believe that you need to teach people how to treat you and I already made the mistake of texting with them initially and now am paying the price by having to respond to texts via email.

You can meet flippers at meetups or try to obtain a list of people who have purchased houses for cash in your markets, then call them and see if they are interested in more.

You can only do STR with your primary residence, which is why some people of the MTR route.

@Sydney Scherer, I'm sure a lot of people would recommend LVP or even tile as replacement flooring, but for rentals in kitchens especially I actually like peel & stick vinyl floors.
