There are numerous benefits to this other then the obviously huge financial benefits as an agents commission on average of 5% is not needed to be paid by the seller.

I heard that it's doing pretty well right now with Covid as it'd have drier climate than the rest of wet BC and it's a small city but I'm not sure what will be left in the tank post Covid.I love Canada and I don't like to be negative about anything Canadian unnecessarily.
