Some models show foreclosure properties at low values because of the status, but if you look at the block, the potential out value is much higher than it appears.I hope this helps a bit.

my facilities I were one year facilities IE renewed annually.1 point and a float above prime so my rate I was paying was 5 to 6.5% in the day.I loaned the money at 3 to 5 points and 12 to 15% interestso yes I kept the points AND I made the delta.. its a great model if you can scale.you need to get to 5 to 10 million to make any real money at it !!

There could be plenty of pricing models1) Like Diet.com people would put money in a pot and the one that doesn't prospect loosing out2) Charge like Coach.me, $15 a week3) stickk.com is another similar site with models where people donate money to charity or loose money to an anti-charity if the tasks are not done.Thoughts?

Old tanks are quite inefficient compared to newer models. - @Jasmine Patel I would advise folks to be careful about closing air vents as a method of saving energy.
