I bet with the right motivation this would be a day project and you wouldn't have to worry about it anymore....

Trust me I’m all for tackling a tough project and remaining optimistic, but I would reconsider your renovation costs on this one.

And I haven't managed a full siding project, but 14k sounds a bit steep.

In addition, it is consuming over half of my line of credit which limits me from buying other projects.
