Not ideal by any means but DF is forcing this and honestly the Banking regs re processing loan payments even before DF it just didn't make sense for any sane lender to have the borrower mail their checks to them.

My opinion.I'm reminded of the old story about the guy who has a garden in his back-yard with a patch of sweet-corn.

I try to subscribe to their mailing lists so I see some of the issues other investors are talking about. 

The system apparently doesn't allow them fix even the simplest problems - a mistyped e-mail address resulted in 4 calls, 2 e-mails before I could access the paid-for application, and they absolutely CAN NOT correct an e-mail address, no way, no how.

@Karen Margrave thx for the reply, I have had numerous credit card offers in the mail, just like im sure everyone else has I know real estate has a lot to do with leverage and having mortgage debts, when it comes to personal finance I just always believed if you cant pay cash you cant afford it, I guess I just need to change my philosphy in life, and get a credit card, I just never believed in the ripoff adjusting extremely high interest rates most americans get in trouble with.
