Using an unfamiliar contract off of the internet makes things a little more difficult if you run into problems of a legal nature. 

Taking action is not the problem at all, everything in the internet marketing world is automated so after a while it get's boring and now I want to build a New Business here in Louisiana.

If you live with roommates make sure you volunteer to pay all the bills (internet, cable, utilities, etc.) and be sure to collect from your roomates to pay off the bills.

You also have to think about your lay out upfront so you can make sure people can bring trailers in and out easily and that driving area isn't taking up too much space but isn't too small they are going to hit stuff as they back up.Storing RVs seems like a little more of a hassle.
