I apologize again for looking at Zillow but Redfin has sold comps at about $140 3/2 which this is 4/2.5 -this where Mls access would be more helpful probably.So saying ARV at $140k and owe $120k$1250/Mo in loansAny options?

With apologies to all of my learned colleagues and with the upmost respect, there are a lot of folks who have gotten scared off by anything that smacks of a "Subject to" deal, which yours does, since you would not be paying off the original mortgage.

Everything done here is entirely legal and proven.I apologize to all on the forum having to read such dramatic posts, really seems to be counter productive but I guess at the end of the day it's good for questions and issues to be addressed.
