I don't want to beat a dead horse here but, yes, the rental market in Spring (and Houston in general) is arguably hotter than it's ever been.

Good Morning Everyone, I've been a member here for some time but due to the rat race and the discouraging price of property in Southern California, I just focused on my full time job and the contractor work related to my field.

Learned about the financing from a HUGE bank that will go nameless whose initials are WF.....they like horses and stagecoaches.....anyway, financing doest seem that difficult.

It currently is a horse propertyI looked up comps on the house, but it is a little bit difficult to figure out.

I am certain that it can be traced back to the race riots, but unlike the rest of the country, the Detroit metro never moved on.

To make a play on the putting the cart before the horse metaphor, I was getting the cart and hoping that the horse would appear.Great advice, thank youKathryn

However I can convert the horse arena into  a much larger venue space.

Deed in lieu of foreclosure can not be pre-arranged and still hold water as it could in the past, so I have to disagree with Rick to some extent.Deeds may be deemed effective when executed, filing perfects the deed, in some states it's the race to the courthouse as to priority but, speaking on a national stage, consider ALTA's concerns, which I've posted before.
