I just want to be able to throw a manufactured home on it (or sell it so the buyer can do this)

I work as a Manufacturing Engineer for a medical device company in Minneapolis, MN. 

It’s a town of about 5,000 with manufacturing and agricultural jobs.

I'm a big believer in overall themes like the U.S. population moving South and West over time and the manufacturing base in the U.S. doing the same because of a more business-friendly climate, lower taxes, and an overall lower cost of living. 

In terms of employment hubs, ensure that the current major employers are there to stay - for instance - hospital or manufacturing facility.

I had a older manufactured home with some polybutylene  and ended up needing to replace with pex for some of the connections.

Looking to take equity out of a few manufactured homes I own in Florida, any suggestions on a good way to do so?

I work with a company that specializes in Private property development projects, including Multi-family and Single Family Development, Backyard Homes, Manufactured Homes, and SIPs.

He has lived there for 10 years and feels the former landlord screwed him over with a lease to own option, so he might take his frustrations out on the building, which is a double wide manufactured home.
