Would you recommend using a business credit card service like Lendio or Seek Capital?

@Chris Rich The REAL short handed market in Orlando is the MTR's Fully furnished and not, with the market for buying and selling slowing here many not wanting to commit to another full year on their current lease and then of course those professionals traveling through or moving to the area that don't want the full year commitment.

You will need to be under another broker for 2 years full time before you would be eligible to get your own brokers license.

Have the agent you are working with look at the Reallist on the mls, get the name of the servicer for the loan2.

I'd be interested in a fee based vs. percentage....Mike Yeah I'm mainly just interested in the actual website creation service.

Let him/her know specifics such as area, size, price range, value add, turnkey, any deferred maintenance issues, cosmetics or full rehab, etc.
