Or they are on disability and you can't garnishee disability, so if they decide not to pay you're just out of luck.You really have to SCREEN to get the few good ones who are out there.

Check with whichever brokerage you use, they will typically waive any company split or fees (or have a minimal flat fee) for personal transactions.
