The old fashioned snail mail handwritten card means much more than an electronic thank you. 

So basically you still have the same 48 hours to get the EM to the listing broker You can still submit the old fashioned way as well

Find a decent used car you can pay cash for and ride it until the wheels fall off and stack your cash.

I personally strive to do 10 forum posts a day, 1 blog article a week, and answer everyone in my inbox in a timely fashion.

If you don't think so, I would highly encourage you going on a ride along with BPD on that post.

Was your answer yes to having sizeable portolio to make these major costs easier to ride out?

Surely not the new owner as it's a 2hr+ ride from the closest outskirts of Chicago to Champaign (I had to Google it since I've never been there.) 

We live in Dallas and I have people show up to work after braving 1.5 hour ride (one-way) through rush hour traffic.

@Brendon Everswick  we fly a Cirrus SR - 22  NA  and yes that area is breath taking for aviation.. as you know its early mornings for us little guys.. other wise ride can be pretty bumpy.. about 2.5 hours from KUAO to Kalispell.. we are slogging along at 170 knots true.. :)
