@Elvin William you should be able to figure that out yourself by using Zillow to analyze for sale & rental prices.Zillow also has a feature that allows you to export a report of all the average sales prices for each zip code.

From what I remember, they addressed all concerns such as insulation, insuring them, or anything else that might come up without relative problems.

Question to all of the ATL investors on this thread:  Why does the proximity of the rental cabin to ATL make a difference for you all? 

They pressured us not to make loans to investors and, all the banks I worked for, were really tight on their investor lending to the point that they only did it for strong clients that might do a deal on the side.

We're able to crank out mods regardless of weather, have all of our inspections scheduled like clockwork, and control the timing of production with the site work.

My insurance paid for all of it (well, all that ended up on MY side of the property). 

I include all of that in my person to person training. 

Luckily for me, my cost of living is extremely low right now so I can save almost all of my commissions.
