I would not get too caught up in creating an LLC -  do that we you actually have a steady pipeline of business. 

The people who can go to parties, go shopping, hang out with friends, play video games all day, and are actual able to work if they so chose.

We've actually attempted to clarify this recently with an update to provide some clarity. 

And check that previous landlords are actual landlords no some friend pretending to be, it happens.

Hey Neisa - in all honesty, it's not that common to hire a inspector to walk a property before you are actually under contract.

I've found luck using actual tax returns as my income instead of talking about rents or how I rent it out.

I think early investors like myself like to think in theory versus actually getting all our ducks in a row to make valuable and educated action.

They are Not subtracted from the actual Tax you owe, dollar for dollar.
