I would also ask about references and how many other clients that realtor is currently working with.Of course, finance-related questions should be asked about their evaluation of your property if you sell one and about the percentage of their commission. 

Depends on how savvy you think (yeah, self evaluation can be dangerous) you’ve become, or what/who can you fall back onto for help when you have problems.

So, I haven’t posted about my first deal yet because it’s still technically a work in progress.
