If your property stands out for some reason (newly remodeled, close to some amenity, etc.) then you may be able to charge more, but if somebody can go down the street and find essentially the same thing for less they won't even look at yours until after they've ruled the other one(s) out for some reason (which likely won't happen).

I have found a hard money lender who would use the latter as collateral for a loan.The specifics:Hard money loan, cross collateralized, interest only for one year (16%)There are two houses I would like to purchase (ideally one at a time, but seller wants to get rid of both and move out of state) are in great neighborhood, school district, etc.

they own a house next to mine, their tree fell, destroyed my wall and chain link fence, left me to cleanup their tree mess.....refused to pay for it, made me sue them.....I actually argued the case in front of the governor of marland's wife, who is a district court judge.

In Killeen, most of the fourplexes in what I consider the quality fourplex areas are listed between $180,000 - $200,000.And yes, a VA foreclosure is essentially no different than any other kind of foreclosure.
