How she performs is key to taking on this liability, she could easily get in over her head trying to meet rents from her business, there are many commercial types who know what type of business pulls in revenue at that location and they may get a hook in her with deposits and agreements where she does nothing but basically work for them.

They were very well received and the head title officer actually said that she will "get the word out".
