I'm not sure what other life factors and preferences come into play there but here's my personal situation: I'm 29, single, without children, and work full time in my investing business.

It's not an original note state.Or...you could just entrust all of your life's savings to someone that will do all that for you and take a piece of it in exchange.When you've done all that, jump in the water.

Also, STR furniture may have a shorter life-span than stuff in a longer term rental.And then there are the zillions of things such as wine glasses, soap dispensers, accent rugs, pictures on walls, shower curtains, napkin holders, coffee makers, hangers, decorative items, and on and on and on..... and on.

Read and study and learn by taking action and learning life lessons.

I'm not as familiar with VA loans, but if something changed in your life I don't think there would be any penalties if you did move out down the road...

In some areas the water makes the service life of copper pipes about 20 years.If there are a lot of leaks it might be time to have to plumbing replaced.Good Luck!
