My parents are professionals and make a good living, but I wanted to be rich.

(I don't have the time to purchase every course out here in www land, so I am hoping to hear from those that have purchased them.)I gave you the example of the Foreclosure Riches crap in a previous post.

I'm not impressed when the ultra-rich want to tax those who are essentially middle class or building wealth.

Forget about "Get rich quick with real estate".

Without that you start competing with the luxury complexes catering to students sprouting up along the bus routes.The good news is that if you choose to sell you have three distinct target markets: rich parents buying for their kids, college rental investors, and regular homeowners including the college faculty/staff.

I would rather be straight with people from the beginning instead of blowing smoke up their rear by telling them it is easy to get rich in real estate.
