@Lisa Kattenhorn you may already know, based on the way you phrased it, that there have been attempts for several years now in the legislature to make source of income (i.e., Section 8, housing vouchers, etc.) a protected class in Rhode Island.I've been told by people I know who are connected at the State House, that the most recent attempt is likely to pass, though the current status of that bill online, as of 3/12/19, is "Committee recommended measure be held for further study".

Ask 10 of your friends if they have heard of Airbnb and then ask them if they have heard of VRBO or verbo or whatever stupid rebranding effort they are attempting.

I then attempted to contact the agent again.The agent and the closing guy both proceed to completely ghost me. 

However the constant no's I had been receiving while attempting to wholesale ultimately led to a wane in my enthusiasm.
