hi Leigh, i have looked the the previous deed and the transfer does have the right name. i am being cautious now that you told me if the name is wrong, the mortgage will still stand. in orange county Florida, you can only search via name and not parcel number, book , block etc. i think the records office here needs to be improved.

Here is where I encourage over-analysis (on past experiences filled with valuable lessons).Quick recap on some things to learn, not to belabor the point but the painful review is absolutely necessary in this case:- Always run your own numbers, and even still.. always be skeptical of them.

Some people will freak out regarding workmen inside the home, some will less than freakout, none will lbe happy.To ease the pain a bit, maybe offer $200 off the rent for each month where workers are inside the house, or pounding on siding.Workers indie the house unsupervised by the property manager may bring claims of theft of expensive things (true or not).So being inside with inside workers 100% of the time might be a smart move.Just my 2 cents.

Then my partner got on the phone with him, extracted some pain, and realized he owed the private money lender money, and he didnt pay him off right away .. ( to our knowledge ) was listed at 525K fully gutted inside ( to the studs ), and we got him down to 450K, we told him we would find him a buyer, and MY buyer came in at 455K, everyone and their moms wanted it for the high three's.
