I'm not bashing Money Tree, often times they will get people the best rate, but remember that your information is sold to several sources who don't like to give up on a lead that they pay big bucks for.

Now that I'm a bit more educated (with a long long way to go) and realize that there are many sources where I won't need to pay retail for property, what they have to offer is much less appealing.
