It’s recommended you get there early for the DTLA courthouse because there’s a line around the block by the time the doors open.

You need to attend a local REIA meeting in your area and talk to people there and connect with someone and then ask them if they would be open to that, in other words you have to gain, even just a little bit of rapport with them before you ask..Good Luck!
